L’India è stata colpita in questi giorni da un’anomala ondata di calore, con temperature che sfiorano i 45 gradi: così nella capitale Nuova Delhi, mentre i venditori del mercato cercano di ripararsi come possono e persino i monaci si aiutano nella meditazione con i condizionatori, ai bordi delle strade viene distribuita gratuitamente acqua fresca e zuccherata. Un sollievo che a molti sarebbe probabilmente precluso senza questa iniziativa.
