Lavoro, ripartire dalla centralità della persona

Mentre il comparto manifatturiero è ripartito da tempo o non si è mai fermato anche nelle zone più colpite dal contagio, nella foto Ap una delle aziende del milanese, restano aperti tutti i dossier dei nodi irrisolti del nostro sistema produttivo.

A Taranto scendono in strada, foto Ap, i lavoratori messi nuovamente in cassa integrazione dalla Arcelor Mittal, il colosso franco indiano che sembra intenzionato a non continuare nell’impegno assunto con gli amministratori dell’Ilva.

Per ripartire davvero occorre capire dove e come investire coinvolgendo i lavoratori stessi nelle scelte strategiche se si vuole mettere al centro la persona come lezione appresa nella tempesta del contagio.
